Reasons to bid

101.027 – this reference means a great deal to connoisseurs and aficionados of A. Lange & Söhne watches. It is a rare and eye-catching white gold version with a dark blue, asymmetrical Lange 1 dial that retains the technical execution and original design of the 1994 Lange 1 version, but with a significant update in the form of a sapphire caseback. In addition to its successful design, the caliber L901.0 crafted in the traditional A. Lange & Söhne style with a large and imposing three-quarter plate in German silver with Glashütte stripes and gold chatons attached with blued screws also contributes greatly to its appeal. This reference was produced from 1997 to 2002 and is therefore rare compared to other standard Lange 1 references, which makes it even more attractive.
