Reasons to bid

With its two-tone red and blue 24-hour bezel, the GMT-Master Ref. 1675 ‘Pepsi’ is certainly the most charismatic of all GMT-Masters and therefore attracts everyone’s attention. The iconic design status of this watch is complemented by a rare feature found only on this reference: a matte Mk1 ‘Long E’ dial with an unusual version of the Rolex logo, in which the middle bar of the E letter is not shortened as usual, but has the same length as the upper and lower bars. The Mk1 ‘Long E’ version is rare, as it was produced between 1967 and 1970. For a Rolex collector, this watch is a must-have.
