Lot Essay

The Joker Classic is the latest charismatic Wristmon introduced in 2024. The incredible popularity of the first limited-edition "Joker" – the progenitor of the collection with anthropomorphic dials – inspired the author to reissue the model as a regular series. Last year this idea materialized: the Joker Classic appeared: bright and expressive, while preserving all the key features of the original masterpiece.

The new model features a more elegant 40 mm steel case and a refined bezel engraved in the brand's tradition with the letter “J” and playing card suits. Another important distinction is the “big-eyed” character of the Wristmon: Konstantin Chaykin retained the previous size of the disc indicators for hours and minutes despite the smaller dial area, making the eyes even more prominent.

The lot presented features the classic palette of the original Joker: a white dial with green accents. The decoration includes “grain de riz” guilloché for the background and “pavé de Paris” guilloché. The transparent caseback does not conceal the high-quality finishing of the automatic calibre, which includes Côtes de Genève and hand-polished bevels.
